Processing Time
We pack your orders with love within 1–3 business days for West Malaysia and 3–5 business days for East Malaysia. Our team works Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM, and takes a break on weekends and public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard shipping within Malaysia only, with rates calculated by weight at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send a tracking number to your email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Issues & Returns
If there’s a problem — wrong address, delayed, lost, or damaged parcel — just email us at chubeeteam@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram.
– We can arrange reshipping in special cases.
– No refunds for lost parcels or shipping fees.
